First, let's check if your insurance covers in-home lactation consults. Bloom Lactation of Tyler is in network with Aetna and Cigna, as well as partnered with The Lactation Network, which provides insurance-covered expert breastfeeding support for mothers and babies.
Aetna and Cigna patients, please reach out to me to see if we are in network with your insurance plan.
All other insurances, please go through The Lactation Network. The Lactation Network is in network with United HealthCare and UMR.​​

**We highly encourage everyone with insurance, besides Aetna and Cigna patients, to fill out the insurance form in the link below, regardless of your insurance carrier. The Lactation Network is constantly negotiating with other insurance companies. **
If you are approved through The Lactation network, you a guaranteed six in-home lactation consults at no cost to you.

Click the link below to complete our form on The Lactation Network website to learn if you are eligible. This should only take a few minutes to complete. Once the form is submitted, you will get an email with an approval or denial generally within 24 business hours. We will also receive this email. Please reach out to us once you receive this email or go ahead and schedule an appointment here.
Self-Pay Clients
If you have a different insurance provider than listed above or if you are not approved through The Lactation Network, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You are encouraged to call the member services phone number on the back of your insurance card to ask about reimbursement prior to your lactation visit.

We currently accept debit/credit card, HSA/FSA, and cash. Regardless of how you want to pay, a card is required to be on file at the time of scheduling.
